How much is shipping?

Shipping is a $5 flat rate per order, no matter how many products you buy. Local pickup is free.

How do I know if I qualify for local pickup?

Enter your ZIP code on the Local Pickup page or in the cart. If your ZIP is in the local pickup area, free pickup is recommended — but you can always choose shipping instead.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup is at Huntsville Hospital. The exact pickup area within the hospital will be provided two weeks before pickup. Please wait until your order is confirmed ready before arriving.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Checkout is processed securely through Shopify. Card details are never handled by this storefront.

Can I return or exchange my order?
